New build residential development

Development of a site in Wealden to produce 31 care home units, replacing a property formally used as the club house for the local golf course. The design makes reference to the Sussex vernacular, with a series of gables forming primary and secondary frontages, and bordering a central courtyard. The scheme incorporates carefully landscaped communal gardens, staff and resident facilities, reception and sleeping spaces for visitors, and a garden room.
