An entrepreneurial team of experienced developers approached Flower Michelin to assist designing a low carbon solution for 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments for the London Housing Market. Flower Michelin have created a design using a Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) system that achieves an environmentally friendly, low build cost homes that maximises the space available to deliver affordable, high quality, long term homes in less than half the programme of traditional concrete and steel buildings.
